Terms and Conditions
Hiring any personal training service implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
Personal training sessions are offered during the opening hours of the SPA EUROSTARS SITGES (from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. from Monday to Sunday) and is subject to the availability of a trainer. Training sessions are held at scheduled times and by appointment.
Session packages and/or monthly memberships must be purchased in advance, paying the full amount in cash, card, transfer or direct debit. In the case of the latter, the charge to the bank account will be made between the 1st and 5th of the month.
Personal training service sessions include access to and use of the EUROSTARS SITGES SPA locker room and gym on the days the sessions are held. A training towel and a shower towel are also provided at no additional cost. Access to the sauna, spa, water area or outdoor pools is not included.
SPA EUROSTARS SITGES offers a special rate for our clients with which you will have free access to its facilities any day during opening hours, as well as a 10% discount on all treatments and services offered by SPA EUROSTARS SITGES. Ask at the spa reception.
As a fit360 TRAINING client, you have free access to all the PRO features of the fit360 App: training programs, monitoring your progress, booking sessions, nutritional diary… Request more information from your trainer or write to us at info@ fit-360.com
At the beginning of the training process, the frequency of the training sessions and the days and hours in which they will take place will be established, by mutual agreement between the client and the trainer and according to the availability of both.
You can make, modify or cancel the reservation of a training session through your trainer or directly in the fit360 App (in the case of Small Group Training sessions).
It is not possible to make changes to the reservation with less than 12 hours in advance.
Last-minute cancellations and changes affect the organization and proper functioning of the service. In the event that you cannot attend a scheduled training session, please notify us as far in advance as possible.
Sessions canceled within a period of less than 12 hours will be counted as completed and will not be recoverable.
To guarantee the proper functioning of the service, we ask you to be on time in order to start the session at the scheduled time. In any case, to avoid accumulative delays in the following sessions, the training will end at the scheduled time.
In the event that the coach cannot attend a session and must cancel it, he undertakes to notify you at least 24 hours in advance. If don’t, you’ll get a free training session.
When a training session other than the one contracted (individual, duo or small group) is carried out, the difference between both amounts must be paid (or refunded). This calculation will be made at the end of the training package or training period in progress, and the corresponding economic compensation will be made effective on the puschase of the new package or monthly fee.
All prices include 21% VAT. Rates valid until 12/31/2023.
EUROSTARS SITGES closes its facilities between December 20 and January 6.
The personal training service is offered by FIT360 TRAINING & EDUCATION SL.
Packages and sessions
Personal training packages will expire in the following periods:
5 Session Package in 6 weeks,
10 Session Package in 3 months
10 Session Package in 6 months
- Fot Duo training packages and sessions, both clients must agree to set the day and time of the sessions.
Small Group Training
This membership includes, depending on the modality chosen, a number of weekly training sessions that are carried out in small groups of 3-4 people.
Although the training sessions are carried out in groups, both the type of exercises and the intensity will be adapted according to the needs and characteristics of each client. In some cases, this session format might not be recommended for some people. If in doubt, consult your coach.
The invoicing of the Small Group Training service will be carried out in bimonthly periods, except for the months of July and August (which will be paid month by month). The time slots for these sessions will be established, according to demand, also bimonthly (Sep-Oct, Nov-Dec, Jan-Feb, Marc-Apr, May-Jun and Jul).
Depending on the contracted modality, you will be assigned a number of credits that you can use to manage your reservations through the fit360 App. These credits can only be used within the corresponding bimonthly period (they cannot be accumulated or saved for future months).
When contracting the service, you must select the specific day/s and time slot/s in which you want to carry out the sessions.
When choosing a specific day and time, preference is always given to those who are currently already trained at that time over other clients
At the beginning of each bimonthly period, your trainer will reserve a place for you on the days and times chosen in the fit360 App calendar.
You yourself, from the fit360 App, can manage your reservations (cancel or reschedule them) as long as you do so within the allowed period (see the general conditions section) and there are places available at the time you want to make the new reservation.
In the event that the coach cannot attend any of the scheduled monthly sessions or be replaced, having notified the clients more than 24 hours in advance, the amount corresponding to the session will be paid in the next bimonthly installment.
Likewise, if for any reason (Christmas holidays, events, works or any unforeseen event) the Spa Eurostars Sitges facilities remain closed for any day, the amount corresponding to the sessions not carried out will be paid in the next bimonthly installment.
Holidays (national, regional or local) are excluded from the previous point, as well as unforeseen events or circumstances that could personally affect the client (holidays, trips, illness, work, etc.).
If you want to make any changes for the next bimonthly period (change the days and hours of training, the frequency of training or stop training) let us know at least 15 days in advance.
The start (or continuation) of each group is subject to a minimum of 3 participants. If this minimum number is not reached, the client will be offered the option of doing the sessions as a couple or individually (paying the corresponding amount).
Depending on the demand for the service and the availability of the trainers, during the month of August the hours of the Small Group Training sessions may be modified.
